Waffle House

Stopped here for lunch with my Dad, we were very pleased. The food was delicious, liked that they had a steak bowl option so I could skip the bun. The restaurant and restrooms were sparkling clean. Shirley was a friendly and attentive server. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking. Not far off of Interstate 81.

This store had some of the kindest service I have ever had. Alexis and Timmy were the highlight of my meal. This store goes above and beyond in the service department.

Today, my husband and I walked in, and not one person acknowledged us. The staff made glances at us but didn't speak a word. There were 2 available tables but they were very dirty. Not one person offered a table or booth, knowing we were sitting there waiting for 15 mins. My husband is a member of 2 organizations that are very well known, and he's definitely telling everyone about the poor service and treatment that we received. Went to a great restaurant nearby.

We had our breakfast this morning at this Waffle House #1199 at 1895 S Pleasant Valley Rd. . Winchester , Va. . Our food was perfectly cooked especially the scrambled eggs. Their Cook this morning did a great job. I think his name is Carlos as I heard other employees calling him this name . The place is clean and the server her name is Amelia . She is attentive . The place is clean . Coffee is hot . Very happy to have our breakfast here this morning . Had a toasted sliced raisin bread , new item to me .

I love waffle house food. Being Australian we do not get this type of food. Jay was a very efficient polite employee that served us.
