Wahlburgers

We were greeted by a friendly cashier who took our order. She informed us that it would be 10-15 minutes for our food to come out. We proceeded to walk to the adjoining bar area to wait for our food within the Walburgers and we were immediately turned away by the bartender because we had not ordered our food through her. She was going off shift and did not appear to want to help us. There were 7 empty seats and we just wanted to order a beer and wait for our food. On a good note, the cashier came out, found us and delivered our food to the gate. I do not like turned away if I am a paying customer.

First the ordering machine fails, and I’m told my order is in, then it’s not. Then we have to wait 20 plus minutes for the order, only to ultimately be served a cold burger. Remade burger - dripping with blood. Staff reaction: too bad , so sad. Got a refund and first and last experience at this cluster.

Check your order they are not set up for the volume that they get.

Cashier was great, but the bartender apparently doesn't like tips. She was rude, and very unfriendly. Will eat somewhere else next time.

Couldn't tell you how the food was because we never got it. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. And waited. The cashiers who were very nice and attentive checked with the kitchen multiple times about our order and were told that it was down. Fast forward 10 more minutes and our order came out! Sike. It was the same food, but for the next person in line behind us. After all the waiting and the cashiers checking multiple times our order was still skipped. Needless to say, our flight was getting ready to board and we couldn't wait for another mess up so we asked for a refund. The kitchen manager came out, no apology no "im sorry we missed this" just awkward attitude and handed us the receipt back. So, 2 stars because the cashiers were good. Im not sure how the kitchen missed this as
