I placed an order over a week in advance for a Mother’s Day cake. I paid and got the confirmation email and set a pick up time and date. The two hours before I was scheduled to pick up the cake, I got an email saying my order was cancelled by the store. I was unable to reach anyone at the bakery to call and figure out what the problem was or if I could get a substitute. Terrible service.
Dont even attempt. Lol Just get your icecream here and buy your cake at Nothing Bundt Cakes.
They are kind with answering questions and always keep it well stocked.
