Walmart Bakery

I’m from out of town. I came here to get some provisions. Everybody was very kind. I had to visit Customer Service. That’s when everything went downhill. There’s a Latino guy in there with glasses and a smaller woman I believe maybe Latina her name Texas sponsor. I don’t know what that is nor do I even care, but she was quite rudevery short instead of handing me the receipt she just sat on the counter and walked away. They really need to do better at Customer Service.

I honestly have to say that Walmart’s cake did not disappoint! It was beautiful, taste good and super affordable!!! My cakes moving forward will be from Pottstown Walmart Bakery

Staff is really helpful and the food is very good. Great bakery options. The store itself is pretty messy and unorganized.

Called a Walmart on Friday closest to my house, they had no bakers that weekend so I called Pottstown bakery. She said it would be ready by Sunday. Went over the sizes, styles, prices.... Amazing customer service. Ordered the cake over the phone and it was ready 1 hour before the time I picked on Sunday. The Minecraft cake looked amazing. My daughter loved it and it tasted awsome! This will be the bakery I use now for every occasion!
