Walmart Bakery

I ordered cupcakes online for 9/23 and those cake out great. Went in store and placed an order for 2 cakes for 9/27, spoke with an elderly woman for my order. I go to pick up my cupcakes and ask what time they could have the cakes done by because I was never asked a time. They mentioned that they thought I booked 1 cake for the 20th?? I told them no, I said the 27th, I even spoke with you (elderly lady) and said I would come the 26th and pay them off. She BROUGHT a cake box out and pointed at it while asking the other associate why would she write the 20th then. I got my cupcakes and left because they said everything was good and we agreed on a time. I went the 26th to pay for the cakes. Then on the 27th I go to pickup my cakes and 1 looks great, looks fresh. The other one, inside the box

Ordered my husband's birthday cakes from here and they were perfect!! Everyone was surprised that they actually came from Walmart. They not only looked good they also were both delicious. Update- also ordered my daughter's birthday cake and once again Walmart Bakery came through with an amazing cake!!

My sister pre-ordered cupcakes for her husband's birthday. We walk up, give the name and all 3 of the ladies look at my sister and I like we are stupid. Immediately stating that they've been calling but then yell because they say she gave them the wrong phone number? They Continue to argue with my sister as they have the receipt of her order but saying they know nothing about it. Disappointed, sad and downright upset. Work on some accountability next time
