Unbelievable. The 10am pickup time was of NO concern to the bakery. She didn't care that the party started at 2pm. When the cake was FINALLY "ready", it still had to be ASSEMBLED. It was bad enough that it wasn't ready on time. But to THEN have to assemble it ( with No Appology ) was really the ICING ON THE CAKE (ha ha).
Awesome job and the cake for my daughter's birthday. Friendly and helpful staff.
