If I can rate this Walmart a 0 I would. I was expecting my cake to be ready since it was ordered a week ago. They had at least 7 days to tell me they weren’t working or they don’t have a bakery person available. Now, the person is telling me that it should have not let me order a cake because they don’t have a cake bakery person what type of Walmart is this?! I will be calling cooperate. This is sad.
Ordered a cake online only to arrive to pick up and not only is the bakery not open at 8am, but there's no cake to be found. Speaking to a competent manager is impossible. Now we get to go spend more money elsewhere and scramble to find a cake in time. Never again.
