“I’m an Uber driver picking up an order at Walmart. I waited 40 minutes and asked employees several times what was happening. Every time they said, ‘15 more minutes.’ Meanwhile, the pickup associates were walking around and not working—some were standing and chatting with customers/people instead of bringing out orders. I wasted my time and gas and eventually had to leave without the order. Very poor pickup service and unacceptable delays.”
