Ordered Chicken for a dinner of 30 people 24 hours in advance. I was running 15 minutes late from pickup time. Got there. Person in deli said "we had to clean the fryer" so we didn't cook your chicken. Do you still want it? 30 people waiting on dinner. So, half an hour, plus 15 minutes to check out. Store manager did have to step in to comp the order, deli manager said she would do half off for the "inconvenience". Dinner was late for our guests. If you want Chicken better come early and bring a lawn chair to wait.
They ruined the popcorn chicken 😞
I’m a sucker for some BBQ boneless wings!
