I LOVE the pick-up service! I work nights and picking up my order in the morning on the way home saves me so much time and effort! 👌 I make a menu, then make a grocery list from my menu, so I know I'll have all the ingredients I need, and because I'm shopping from my grocery list, it's easier to stay on budget! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I occasionally get bad produce. Walmart needs to train its associates better about how to tell whether food is ripe. The pic is from a new bag of red potatoes. A few weeks ago I had an entire bag of bad pears. 😕 Walmart is great about refunding or replacing bad products, but there's still the inconvenience of the return.

My friend and I sat there for a pickup order for over 45 minutes it was crazy. I'll probably decide to go to the downtown Walmart instead of the Ammon Walmart. I still like the associates more in the Ammon store than i do in the Idaho Falls store.

(I had to do a review here and this is not about online grocery this is about the pick up area) I was Waiting in the parking lot for my order pick up it was done in 20 to 30 minutes and it wasn’t even a busy day

Very, and I mean VERY disappointed in the Walmart OGP associates. Sat waiting for over 3 hours, as a Uber Delivery Driver. Called the store 3 times and they said, “oh we’ve got it checked in and we will be out as soon as possible.” I am on a timed schedule and I know they are too. Never had this issue before but now I have no respect for the Walmart curbside pickup. Customers don’t pay high prices for the conscience fees to just wait 3+ hours for associates to do their job correctly and waste everyone’s time. If it wasn’t my job to pickup the order, I wouldn’t ever do Walmart pickup ever again.
