WALT Fish & Seafood

Wow! This was the best food our whole trip and we went to a lot of excellent seafood. The flavor was spectacular the food was fresh and large portions. I got the busted blue crab boil and my husband got the seafood trio. They were both excellent. The crab boil was 10x better than Mr and Mrs crab. Oh and the lemonade was so good. Taste a bit like mango or passion fruit lemonade. So good.

Food is delicious!!! He only sells the best fish. Red snapper, Grouper, whiting, and flounder. I had the Grouper, and it was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. Seasoned just right. I forgot to use tarter and hot sauce like I usually do when n I eat fish, because the taste was so good. The greens and Mac and cheese were stand outs as well. You're definitely doing your thing! 10 outta 10

Amazing food! Don't be fooled by the humble appearance of this food trailer. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. They make the food fresh and it easily goes toe-to-toe with fancy restaurant fish and chips. I'll definitely be back to try the variety of fish and shell fish. There are other food truck/trailers in this area so it's great for fish lovers who's family might prefer more land based cuisine.

AMAZING!! Decided to try this truck out on my way home from work and I was not disappointed!! Super fast and great service amazing portions for price, delicious seasoning and drowning in butter goodness. I will make sure to pull over anytime I see the bright blue truck again! Also make sure to get the delicious creamy sauce they offer made by the chef himself.

When I saw this on the Ocala food truck page I knew I had to have it! The whole platter was DELICIOUS along with the starburst lemonade. He was very friendly also. I finally found a place to get my seafood!
