Warren County Clerk

Trying to register my car in Kentucky from out of state is a nightmare instead of using emails or fax. They physically mail out the transfer letter to the bank and it took over a month to register my vehicle. I had to find another insurance company because Kentucky insurance dropped me because my car wasn’t registered in time and Trying to tell them, it’s not my fault that I tried registering at the same day I got insurance they need to start picking up with the times instead of using messenger pigeons

Always helpful, whether on the phone or in person. Always friendly. But then like most people if you are friendly they respond in kind. Customer service is rough. The team at the office are great!

I was told by the a dealership to come here but they were mad that I did that. I called multiple places and emailed and was regularly told to wait, then I was chastised, for waiting so long…, what happens when someone doesn’t mail something or it was taken, I’m dealing with identity theft, is that the consumer is both left being held responsible AND required to figure out something to do, a solution on their own. If you’re in trying circumstances or don’t have something you need, be prepared to be blamed for it and repeatedly not helped at all, why??

Mailed in $ for tags and they sent it in an unsealed envelope with tape. It got to me with paperwork and no sticker. I called Ms. Yates office. They said they do not seal the envelope they just put tape on it and now I can buy a replacement for 6.00???? Said they couldn't help and kept transferring me to KY Dept of Transportation who stated Warren co Clerks office is an embarrassment. Still no sticker and still not hapy.

My daughter NEVER received her registration, never received a renewal, never received a title from Martin KIA (not clerks fault). Can't pay online because we don't know the title number without the registration or renewal. My daughter went to renew her registration with her proof of insurance and ID. Clerk doesn't take electronic copies of proof of insurance, only printed paper copies, however, you can pay online without proof of insurance! WTH! I called to see how much her registration was..."We can't give that out over the phone because it takes too long, and we have long lines." This county clerks office SUCKS!!!
