Wawa

16 gas pumps here and yet there are only half of them available to use. Why have 16 if you are only going to be to allow 8 of them for use. This is why living in PA is so much better when we have 16 pumps 16 pumps are available.

I drive to all my dr’s appointments and visit a lot of WaWa’s and the food, service and atmosphere is always great. The employees energy is always great and upbeat. Love going in and talking with the employees also. Makes the experience more pleasant and personable

I came in and needed to desperately use the bathroom after a long drive. When walking in and looking at the bathroom closed, I was approached by a worker. I asked if they could possibly open the bathroom and was immediately shut down in a passive aggressive manner and told to leave. The customer service from the worker was non existent and made me feel scrutinized when i just asked a simple question. I will never be back here.

Waited while others who ordered after me got there stuff before I did. Then when I received my order it was half a classic roll filled with meat and cheese. The shorti was heavier than the classic. Had to return and get another sandwich. Needed gas but chose elsewhere after being ripped off the first time. Worst Wawa in NJ I've ever been too. Wait to be ripped off.

Unsafe service. Paid $5 for gas at this location and the attendant left my fuel cap open. Later my engine light came on and I felt unsafe driving. So I stopped my dar on highway and I closed it. This is a serious safety issue — staff need better training and the store should investigate and compensate affected customers.
