I don’t recommend eating at any Wawa’s. I ate at the Fort Mead location and was hospitalized for food poisoning. The Manager Lee offered me a replacement meal and said I’m sorry that happened to you. I haven’t had any other calls. Nothing else was done. Nothing else was said. Why would I want a replacement meal when I got so sick? I reached out to corporate to let them know, there may be a problem with that location this was back from December 20 when I was hospitalized. Their corporate office left a message twice and when I returned their call, they never returned mine. We have had to call several times and they still have not made contact with me. Incredible card machines where malfunctioning with no cash option to pay registered denied to sell because I had a $50 bill and the first transaction came out to 40 & something for a sodas and 2 bags of chips for my kids. So they try to rob then they deny to sell. How does this company make profit here.

Normally I'd rate my visit at a 4 to 4.5, but this morning the older man at the counter (that I had to wait roughly 5 minutes for him to come to the counter) was incredibly rude and told me I should just use self-checkout instead since I was paying with a card. He's the one that gets paid to be a cashier, not me.

I love Wawa. However. This location has not prepared a good sandwich or drink in the 3 different times I have visited. I have had 2 hand brewed coffees and have ordered 3 shakes for other family members and the coffee did not have the sweetener as I ordered and was not even the right flavor. The shakes taste like powdered milk. The 3 sandwiches I've ordered were wrong, and all 3 have had hard bread. I hope this place will get better with time and practice. As of right now.. I'm going back to Winter Haven Wawa.

Linda is an absolute gem! She is hardworking, professional, and incredibly kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
