I asked the lady to scan my rewards at the front desk so I can get my free coffee. She looked me dead in the face and said NO. I will be calling the corporate office of WAWA on this place.
On 1/14 2026, I purchased a shorti Italian hoagie. I requested oil/vinegar, there's was hardly any, also the roll was stale. I think the manager needs to step up.
I gets its convenient to get food here but if you are out of salsa then just tell the customer dont go putting what im guessing is cooked onions to replace the salsa. At that points its like trying to cheat the customer out of a product they have paid for.
The staff dont prepare the food he is ignore and rude dont go this wawa anyone give me wawa higher authority complaint number so i can call and complaint him
The girl who made my bagel was literally sneezing and she was rude. I went thursday march 13th at around 10pm. Girl making food was not being sanitary at all. Plus drink I got was barely a smoothie it was all liquid and the bagel wasn’t even warm.
