I went into Wawa at 5:40pm Feb 11th to get fuel for a Honda civic. I handed a bearded man at the cash register a $100 bill after he scanned my rewards. He then asks me if I have anything smaller and I said “no, I have a $5 bill”. He then says to me in smart ass tone “do we look like a bank?” I said “excuse me?” He says “do we look like a bank? I had five other guys do this to me earlier”. Insinuating I’m in the wrong for handing Wawa money. I then got really mad and lost my cool. Said that “$100 is the same purchasing power as $20 few years ago.” Truth is that I could easily pay with $100 bills 20 years ago at Wawa. $75 is what it costs to fill up my truck here today. Ordered fries and a coffee. My fries had flies in the container I know they are from the store as the flies were cooked onto the fries. And I opened them as a i got out to my vehicle never will I ever order food from this location again.

It is sad that in this day and age racism is still a thing at the Wawa store 08129 in Morgantown, PA. I am disappointed to have experience a very degrading and racist customer service from “manager” Aionis. I would like a call from the Regional Manager to share our experience. It should all be in camera. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store and before going in the store we put a full tank of gas. My friend and I ( a black and Hispanic males) had 2 valid coupons for a free lecolombe that expires 12/31. He accused us of being fraudulent in front of 5+ other customers (very unprofessional) and didn’t even try to scan the coupons. We both still have the coupons and can present them as proof. Our Hispanic and black community are very close and this won’t go unheard. I would recommen

ordered what I thought was going to be a 14 or 16 inch pizza on the app. I used what was supposed to be a 5 dollar reward coupon on the app. I got NEITHER. The pizza turned out to be a small 5 x 10 inch box instead of a larger pizza box with a 14-16 pizza inside and i did not get the 5 bucks off the price, even though i had it picked at the checkout page on the app when i hit "purchase". Why Wawa Why? why are you deceiving people into thinking they are getting a larger pizza? And why no 5 dollars off like you advertise in the app.?
