Went in to get a turkey and cheese sandwich and Danielle. B made me a great sandwich and was very polite and it was the best sandwich I ever had at a wa wa, so I like to thank her great customer service and banging turkey and cheese hoagie, keep up the great service and keep them awesome hoagies coming. Thank you again.

My recent experience at this establishment was unacceptable and exemplifies a fundamental breach of customer service standards. I ordered a simple egg on a croissant and was charged the full price of a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Charging a higher-priced item for an item I clearly did not order is misleading, unjust, and should not occur at any store operating with integrity. Furthermore the cashier working around 7:10 AM exhibited extreme unprofessionalism. The lack of awareness confusion and unwillingness to resolve a clear pricing issue created an unnecessary negative experience. As a customer I expect clarity respect and competence - none of which were demonstrated today. The person who just packed the sandwiches handled them very carelessly and squashed them.

Whoever managing this location they have failed to manage.because they don’t have control of anything. Employees doing whatever they want to do. Girl name JADA working in deli, she is very rude. Looks sad and disappointed all the time. Not friendly staff at all. Every employee blaming on each other and no one is never there for taking responsibility of anything.
