Nice new Wawa on Belair Road. Came through here late and it seems like they keep the place clean and stocked. It only just opened in August but looks like they’re locked in.
I had an awesome experience here with amazing customer service across the board! I had ordered my employees breakfast sandwiches the night before on the app, but when I got to the store the order had been cancelled and they never received. I was panicked because our crews run on tight schedules, but Michael immediately calmed me down and got the order made - a relatively large order for 6:15 in the morning - in literally minutes. It was INCREDIBLE how fast he made all that happen for us and just like that, I was out the door and on the way to work on time. Can't thank him and his team enough for saving my morning!
I bought a vanilla chai and they gave me a latte that I don't like.
Seems inexperienced people operating the Wawa restaurant. It took us more than 20min to get a sandwich. Wow!?!
Wonderful charming staffs.welcoming and very helpful. Got satisfied.
