I normally have great experiences at Wawa, but this location needs attention. One side had no lights, which felt dangerous, and the exterior was not clean.

Wawa continues to be one of my go-to spots, and for good reason. The food is consistently good, the store stays clean, and the employees are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Anytime there’s a small issue—whether it’s an order tweak or something at checkout—they resolve it quickly without any hassle. I stop by so often that I actually got a pleasant surprise recently: an employee greeted me with a cheerful “Good morning” by name. It caught me off guard in the best way and gave me a good chuckle. That level of familiarity and customer care goes a long way. Reliable service, great food, and staff who genuinely make your day a bit better—this Wawa earns the praise.

The man that was preparing the sandwiches had horrible customer service horrible. There was no greeting The customers are letting them know when their food was ready. He just threw the sandwich to one side. A customer asked if that was his sandwich. The shower/chef told him to check for himself. The food was discussed, the bread was stale. The spinach was not fresh, Fried pickled chips was soggy and a limited amount when I ordered extra. Nothing about the experience nor the food was even worth one star

I love Wawa and visit their stores frequently, but unfortunately on this occasion I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. On December 13th around 8:30 p.m., a deli employee — I am not sure if he was the manager, as he was not wearing any identification — displayed a rude and discourteous attitude. When I asked where the restroom was located, he responded only with gestures and an annoyed look, without providing a proper verbal response. On another occasion, while completing an Uber Eats order, I asked him a question that the app required me to confirm, and his response was ironic and unprofessional. I love to eat here but recently when I get my sandwiches, one of the girls is notorious for smashing them after she makes them. This ruins the bread and I buy for a family of four so I pay too much for smashed food. Can corporate send a memo not to smash people’s food? Otherwise I love this location. Update: Spent almost $50 at this location today and was given raspberry lemonade instead of tea curbside and this has happened several times before but I never complained thinking it was an accident but I only get tea if I walk in. My husband picked it up and they didn’t inform him of being out and replaced it. Plus why replace tea with lemonade? If you didn’t have that flavor why not still replace it with the? Ask the customer? Or even warn them of a replacement? I’m done with this location
