Wawa

It's been a year if not more since I've been to a wawa, there is more baked goods, breakfast options, snacks, drinks than ever, wow! There were strawberry refresher samples, really good. Ordered an iced matcha drink, young lady who made my drink did a perfect job and was friendly, it was around 2PM on Feb 18th. You are appreciated!! Also got a quesadilla and cheddar brocc soup, really good.

Sandwich was prepared with chicken salad instead of oven roasted turkey. I get it, mistakes happen. I think Wawa should rethink their service recovery though. Both options (refund or remake) force the customer to drive back to store, which is pretty inconvenient (they won’t do a refund unless you come back in). I brought the sandwich they originally made back to them when I picked up the new one, as some restaurants require this. I placed it on the counter for the deli employee. She stated I could throw it out and pointed to a trash can at the end of the counter when a trash can was right next to her.

I got a custom made chicken chaser salad and there was a bug in it. I was only issued a refund for the salad back.

I just waited 20 minutes for the $5 breakfast order to be ready. It's absurd to wait this long for breakfast.

This is one of the better wawas in the area. They have bathrooms, enough space and parking and the food is good.
