Wawa

I frequently go to Wawa and usually order a latte with no ice, which is always filled to the top. However, after work the other day, I was given a latte that was only halfway filled, which was disappointing considering the price. I went back inside and spoke to the cashier, who addressed the situation over the radio in front of me by saying there was “a customer complaining about her drink,” which felt unprofessional. When I asked the employee at the coffee station to add more milk, I was told that since there was no ice, that’s how the drink was supposed to look—despite this never being an issue in the past. Overall, I believe better customer service training would help improve consistency and communication.

I ordered food this morning and was highly disappointed! I ordered half mashed potatoes and half Mac n cheese. When I was paying they said it was too early for mashed potatoes and only had Mac n cheese. I asked for a little ranch and they drenched it in ranch sauce. Then I paid over $4 for a small meatball and I open it to find only 2. They must be Amazing Meatballs to cost over $2 a piece. What a ripoff! Avoid ordering food at this one at all costs!

This is one of the best WaWa locations in the area. They have plenty of touch screens to order food, the line at the register usually moves rapidly. The cashiers are pleasant. The guy who made my food was very polite. Restroom was clean. My only complaint is this location is often out of the grilled chicken which is disappointing because I’m not a fan of crispy or breaded chicken, but these things will happen. All in all a solid 4 stars.

This Wawa has a prestigious and kind coffee Lady who gently helped me to get the BEST flavor outta my expresso :)

The food service used to be good. There a new guy that just doesn’t ever seem to want to be at work. I don’t blame him when he doesn’t get help in the middle of a lunch rush. God has prices though
