When I came, I got a small snack and go wrap that takes at least 4 minutes to make. By the time I got my order 12 minutes had passed and when I tasted it. It was not how it tasted from when I would get it from a different Wawa. Please do not come here.
No public restroom, staff is really rude… we love all wawa locations accept this one …our biggest mistake too stop this location with our kids.. very bad experience…
Delivery drivers beware: they don’t prioritize OUR orders at all. I stood in front of THIS individual/employee for 10 mins before she acknowledged me, otherwise pretended not to hear me when I inquired why it takes 15 mins to make a hoagie for my customer. Then she proceeded to give me an attitude like I am a second class citizen. What happened to good customer service?
Imagine being starving and ordering a chicken salad wrap with lettuce, and discovering this. Thanks for the $9 lettuce wrap with zero chicken salad. This place always sucks.
Public restroom facilities were unavailable at this Wawa location. During the wait for my beverage, the staff's attention seemed diverted from order processing due to their engagement in conversation
