Wayback Burgers

I have passed this place for over a year or more and due to the low reviews on Google I have skipped it. Today me and my son were passing and by and he said lets give it a try, so we did. First off, the place was very clean at 5:00PM. Bathroom was clean as well. Atmosphere was nice as well. Ordering was slightly annoying as I could not understand the person taking my order. I think he was just talking really fast but because I have never eaten here before I had a hard time understanding what he was repeating, perhaps he is so used to repeating orders he says them super fast. My son said he could understand him but man I struggled and I don't struggle anywhere else. Anyways, he was nice and all so I don't hold it against him just think maybe he should slow it down bit as the entire order

First time here, off peak hours. Very tasty burger, didn’t try the fries yet (next time), and delicious Oreo shake. The place is very clean and brightly lit, and parking is easy. The owner/manager seems friendly and enthusiastic. I notice they have cheese curds and fried pickles if you’re into those.

First time here and the food was amazing. Customized my own burger and got the Cajun tots. Love trying new places and will definitely be back again.

I normally don't write reviews but our experience tonight was not up to par and it was our first time visiting. Our cashier made it look like we were an inconvenience by being there. The only thing that was enjoyable was the burgers we bought. The fries tasted like they were sitting in the freezer for a long time and the onion rings were not that tasteful either ketchup didnt even help. I will say after my experience in the restaurant industry (tired or not) customer service really sets the tone for the entire experience which is why I was so shocked that the burger tasted good my expectations were low at that point. Please invest more into training with customer facing employees or find other employees willing to do the job.

Got the chili cheese dog with cheese curds and a ranch. Both were delicious!! Absolutely coming back to try the burgers
