Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience – January 23, 2026 The food at Wack Burger in Evans Mills is excellent, and my family genuinely enjoys your burgers. Unfortunately, the customer service we experienced on January 23, 2026, was extremely disappointing and overshadowed what should have been a positive visit. My wife and daughter entered the establishment to place a lunch order totaling over $60. During checkout, the register displayed a message stating, “Get with an associate for further assistance.” We immediately notified the female employee at the counter about the issue. Her response was vague and delivered in a tone that made it unclear whether she was speaking to us or to other employees. We stood there waiting for direction, unsure how to proceed. Very disappointed lately. This has been the second time I ordered via Uber eats/doordash and the order wasn't correct. We used to love Wayback, but it seems they don't care about takeout orders anymore. No sauces to our tots for the second time, the CAJUN tots completely unseasoned, mushrooms on my burger missing and the wrong cheese on my burger. Very disappointing. Might not order again. 2 stars only because we used to love the place.
