Wayback Burgers

Real pictures no filter, real person, real review. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch tots. Crispy chicken. Also comes with pickles and tomato, which I chose to leave off. As you can see in the photos, the ranch is literally poured onto my dish it was standing about a half inch in my bowl. I advise to hold the ranch and dip or pour it yourself. My husband had the Classic Double Burger with plain tots, which was delicious!!!

Didn’t follow any instructions that was put on the order. Didn’t have anything ready after 20 mins of ordering and the promised time was 17 minutes. fries were old and cold. and my boyfriends tots were cold and old. the burgers were made VERY SLOPPILY.

The burger and fries were delicious. No complaints! The shake that was given (free shake day) was good too. My only issues was the leaking water i assume from the soda machine which had a huge puddle in the womans bathroom. The tables im not sure if its the table itsself or if it just was not cleaned but the table was hardcore sticky. Otherwise the food was good and customer service was good (minus lady taking my order, she definitely must have been at the end of her shift)

Our first visit about three weeks ago was a takeout order. The burger was very good. The two young ladies working together did a great job! My Aunt was upset when they closed down on Kirkwood Hwy. After our experience at this location we decided to take her there. This time we decided to eat in because it was a very hot day!! BAD IDEA!! This restaurant needs to be shut down!! The inside is filthy! They have one side of the restaurant set up like their own apartment. A microwave, a coffee maker, their food, a small refrigerator and lord knows what else was in that corner. The wall on that side was black. All of this was in plain view where the customers sit to eat! The owner/ manager was on his cellphone cooking food. The floor was filthy. Honestly, I was going to give 4 stars, but thought it over and realized that nothing really merited losing a start. If you're expecting high end burgers or whatever, this is not it. But a nicely cooked smash burger, fries, fried pickles, milkshake? Yes ma'am, this *is* it! I'm not normally a milkshake gal, but my friend gave me sips of her chocolate brownie milkshake, and wow, did it slap! It was so thick I didn't get a good mouthful at first, but the flavor was fantastic. It smoothed out over time and was easier to sip. Highly recommend it if you're in the mood!
