Wayback Burgers

First timers trying out Wayback Burgers near Liberty Ohio. Everything was great. The manager and staff were also very helpful and our food was made fresh to order. The burgers tasted delicious. My son is picky so if he said to give 5 stars it is well deserved.

Stopped by after a soccer game in the area as the menu looked pretty good. We arrived during non peak hours. Wheen we went to order, there were no handheld menus, just a large menu above the counter. The menu just listed the items, but had zero description of what was on said item. Some listed items had pictures, so you could get an idea of what it was. Having to ask really basic questions about each item gets a little annoying. We completed our order and sat down at once of the open tables. The dining area wasn't cramped, which was nice. Three of our four items came out together, but the hot dog four my daughter came out about 5 minutes after that. There wasn't anything remarkable about the food we had. Doing this little gem about 10 years ago when I coached baseball and it never really hit my radar again. UNTILLLL today. I saw they had a special for a cheesy burger and a drink for 7.99 so I decided to give it another try and boy am I glad I did. The cheesy burger is basically the hack for 5 Guys grilled cheese with a patty. This burger is and all burgers are made fresh and made to order. I also got fries. The burger was juicy and delicious. I would definitely recommend trying this little gem and getting that burger satisfaction craving. My only issue would be being able to add toppings to the special and not having to pay for the regular price. Other than that we will be back!

Food was delicious- hot and fresh. Service was great- very kind. Only complaint is I feel they need to take more care in cleaning tables, tops of napkin holders, hand sanitizer pump. just small details in cleaning would go a long way.
