Wayo Sushi Restaurant

Tiny 1-2 person place that is mostly takeout (al though they have a few seats for dinner service), with really good sushi at reasonable prices (and healthy portions). Everyone in our party agreed that their California rolls—juicy, with real crab meat—were the best we'd ever had. The mango rolls are also a standout, but pretty much everything was great. Also convenient for those eating gluten-free (both the California rolls and miso soup are GF, both of which are often made with gluten).

Best sushi experience in the Bay Area! The food is amazing, and the owner is very attentive to his customers. Portions are generous and quality doesn't miss! Make sure to call in to reserve a spot first! Looking forward to returning to this restaurant ☺️🍣

Wayo Sushi in San Francisco was a great experience! The waitress was very attentive, and the sushi was fresh and full of flavor. I had two rolls and sashimi, and everything was delicious.

Excellent but you need to reserve your seat well in advance. Toro tuna was the best sushi I have had outside of Japan. Service is excellent. Drink menu is anemic but you wont care after the tuna and the mango spicy tuna roll which is amazing.
