We Love Pho 2

We have been going here for years and the food has always been good. Not amazing but good enough and convenient because of the location so they have been our go to spot for pho. That is over. I went there for my last time and the employees don't care about the customers so I am writing this in hopes that someone else doesn't go through what I did. We placed the order on line with an order expectation of 6:20. I am handicapped and can only stand or sit for short time frames. We ordered so I could pick up on my way home from work. It took 10 min before I could get the attention of the person doing the orders. I asked for a status on my order and was told they were backed up and it would a little while longer. That's when my husband got the notification that 620 would now be 635-640. I watche

Food was DELICIOUS! We came here for dinner since we were in the area and we are so happy we did. We ordered the vegetable broth with a side of tofu and the Veggie Lover with soft egg noodles. Everything was so so delicious and flavorful!

We Love Pho 2? Same. The bánh mì was loaded like it had something to prove (and it did), the cơm tấm was grilled to perfection, and the phở tasted like a warm hug in a bowl. Even the broth had main character energy. Service was friendly, portions were generous, and everything tasted like it was made with heart. Consider me officially obsessed.

I came to this place because i wanted to try a new place for Pho but left with a bad experience. We were seated in a booth table and my mom sat next to me because she cannot sit in a chair due to having knee problems. There was a person next to our table. I'm not sure if it was the owner or just an employee but he was so rude to us. She was taking some part of the other booth table next to us and he asked my mom if she can move from there because of other customers coming in. The place was literally lonely. This person for me was being racist or was just in a bad mood. He needs to learn some manners.Just saying. Our ethnicity doesn't make us any different. We all are children of god. Definitely not going back

I come here regularly and never am disappointed, nothing beats the lunch special, prices and delicious food! Serena does an amazing job being attentive and fast she gives awesome service. All staff members are great, I’ll come back every time.
