We wanted to take my cousin, who flew in from Houston for a visit, to somewhere uniquely Rochester. The food was good but it was the employee behind the counter who made our experience a great one. He explained what a garbage plate was to my guests and gave them perfect, individualized recommendations on what to order. This place is an excellent example of a restaurant working hard to ensure their customers have a good experience. And we loved the ducky claw machine and took home a couple of ducks 😁

My first time trying a garbage plate! This was recommended to me by locals and it didn’t miss. There were many options to customize your plate, though since it was my first one I got their classic. It was delicious, the mac salad was great. Also the staff that helped us were all lovely!

The food never disappoints, it’s always amazing. I typically get the combo plate, hotdog and cheeseburger, extra meat hot! Got the Mac and cheese bites today and they were amazing! Will continue to come from Buffalo!

Food is always good but often times it seems like employees do not want the business. Around 11pm on a Saturday night I try to place an order online, online ordering not available. Okay… so I call twice before midnight about 20 minutes in between calls, and no one answer, keep in mind they close at 1am. Drive by and they are open, employees inside no customers!

We placed a large company order and everything was fantastic. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick, organized, and extremely friendly. They handled our high-volume order with no issues at all. Highly recommend!
