Wellsburg Diner

We hadn't been there in several years, but we were driving by today and decided to stop in because we remembered how good the food was, and we were hungry. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger and coffee. It was supposed to come with a pickle and chips. Our wait time was about twenty to twenty five minutes, that was a bit too long for a cheeseburger. We did get our coffee quickly, but thats all I can say good about it. Maybe their coffee maker needs a cleaning, it was bad, tasted burnt. Finally, our plates arrived, I almost sent them back, but I was hungry and did not want to wait another 20 minutes for another one. There is no pickle. Cozy diner with a wide variety of food choices. You can get breakfast all day. Very friendly waitress. She checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. I had fried chicken with homemade fries and coleslaw. Everything was very good. Coleslaw had a great flavor. My friend had liver and onions with bacon. Her meal was delicious as well.

Nice typical diner in a rural area, southern tier of N.Y. Friendly staff, along with friendly customers. One feels welcome. The food is fine. Conveniently located just south of Interstate 86. Easy off and back on the highway.

Had a cheeseburger, waitress said they were very good, a friend of mine said they weren't, went with the cheeseburger anyways, dont know what kind of meat was, but it was the most disgusting cheeseburger I had, I thought because of a diner they would be excellent, it was big enough, but definitely not beef.

Waitresses are nice, food, not so much. Definitely not the worst breakfast I ever had but it wouldn't be my first choice. Nice when it is convenient though
