Wendy's

I got here and saw the line. Not bad, but I decided to go to the restroom before placing my order. I come back and all the same people are waiting for their food. One said she had been waiting 20 minutes before I even got here. The employees were very friendly and working very hard, but all of the orders were going out at the drive-thru. Dining room was obviously not a priority. According to the time stamp on my receipt, it was 12 minutes for me from the time I placed my order and the time I got my food. The burger was fine, but the fries all have what look to be charred, burnt crumbs all over them. Not pepper or seasoning. Another customer asked about it and they told her they were all like that and could do nothing about it. (Clean your fryers?) And yes, they make the fries taste burnt.

Hamburger was good. Fixed pervthe order and hot. Fries not hot and very salty. Fish overcooked dry and asked for lettuce and cheese - no cheese. Not hot. Very thin considering the batter. The young lady at the window very friendly and polite.

Real clean kept place with super kind employees. Nice little quiet sit and eat. I recommend 👌.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and should have learned my lesson the first time. If you visit this location plan to spend at least 10 minutes in the drive through this visit today I spent 21 minutes. Then when you finally order your food they will likely be out of almost everything and the manager isn't competent enough to maintain supplies needed or to put out of stock signs on the drive through menu to save his team the inconvenience of having to continually say sorry we are out of that. During both visits my food was undercooked soggy and not edible. Tossed $10 worth of food in the trash.

This Wendy's is always fast when it comes to getting the food out and especially in the drive thru. The food quality is good here, I just gave 4 stars due to the pricing, and all of the Wendy's no longer really have a "value menu." All those items have gone up, and the sandwiches that used to be a part of that menu are the same cost as a meal sandwich bought separate now.
