They were Rude and the order was completely wrong in every way. Cheese was a sprinkle of shredded cheese not slices. Was told the pic below was a baconator. No way!! 6 piece nugget was only a 5 piece. Fries were cold. Will never stop again.
One person doing all the work while others stay in the back. The cook was nice. I was the only customer in there at the time. That girl was working her tail off. The food was okay. Dirty drink machine and ladies room toilet was nasty. No paper towels. Who runs this place?
Drive past this Wendy’s. Dirty bathrooms with no soap in dispensers. Soda machine out of many flavors. Our order was wrong and missing add ons we asked and paid for. Should have inspected the bag before pulling out and getting back on the road. Super frustrating especially when dealing with picky kids and their food not being right. Do better!
This Wendy’s is a complete waste of money. I ordered two sausage biscuits, a buttery chicken sandwich, and a sausage burrito. When I asked for the potato wedges for my chicken sandwich, the lady informed me that they were out and could make fries instead. I was okay with that. I placed my order and waited for 20 minutes, but when I finally got my food and cups, I was disappointed. They only had Diet Root Beer, Vanilla Root Beer, Tropical Diet Coke, and some flavorless Dr. Pepper. I decided not to get drinks. When I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold! The fries were stale and heavily salted. After all that, I decided to use the restroom, only to find out that there was no toilet paper, soap, and the water pressure was high. I will never return to this Wendy’s. Thanks, Wendy’s.
I ordered a no#4 for Breakfast and told I wanted extra honey on my biscuit pull to the window And paid and the lady at the window told me to pull up so they can make it fresh so I told her I wanted extra honey on my Biscuit because I know it was going To be dry another girl brought me my food got home food was cold biscuit was dry and cold never will I Ever go to Andalusia Wendy’s again
