Wendy's

This is my large half full potatoes. Found this after also asking for dipping sauce.. I was told 50 cents extra but i didnt have any sauce with my stuff so i said "can i have anything?" A short angry African american woman barked "no" I asked, "maybe ketchup?" I was in aw that i was now negotiating for any sauce. Annoyed, she finally gave me ketchup. I thought about this Exchange in my vehicle for a moment then went back in to let them know that they were doing a bad job and that they shouldn't treat people like that. The lady at the front was another African-American woman and she was acting like she didn't want to hear it and it wasn't her problem. I have never dealt with a more uncaring crew at this Wendy's. Shame. Its pretty good most of the time.

The Baconator and frosties are a great draw! Food is always delectable and warm. What holds this from receiving a better rating, is due to the undesirable customer service due to personnel or I'll just say, "a person." Every drive-thru experience is met with a lack of customer service. It really drowns the experience. Aside from that, it doesn't stop me from dining here.

They're not perfect, but who is? There food is good and always fresh. The customer is average but it isn't bad. These days that matters. Especially if you're already having a rough day.

Every employee is lazy and stands around doing nothing while people have waited 15+ minutes in their parking lot for food. Its unacceptable and trash behavior. Most Wendy's are good this one sucks.

The staff were friendly enough and the the restaurant was decently clean. Food was mediocre and the price for the food was outrageous. The biggest complaint was the staff's sanitation protocols. We saw them touching several orders, including ours, with their bare hands. Squishing a salad with no gloves, shoving nuggets & fries in boxes with no gloves. No idea if they washed their hands.
