Wendy's

Usually they’re good but tonight I went inside to order. Ordered a Dave’s double meal, son of baconator meal and kids meal. They forgot both of our burgers. So we called, went back. They remade both of the burger meals. This is what my Dave’s double looks like. Literally covered in mayo which is disgusting. And barely any ketchup. Also found a hair in it 3 bites in. Gotta love it right? 1 star but I’d rate it a big fat 0 if I could. Do better Smokey point staff :)

It was fine for a chain fast food restaurant. The dining area was clean and pleasant.

These guys are struggling... Just 2 frosties and a jr cheeseburger deluxe took over 30 minutes. They prioritized serving their employees over customers. They didn't even know what to do with the wrong order. It just say there next to all of the other orders.

I just came to the Wendy’s in Smokey point about five minutes ago, The lights were on, and The drive-through was completely empty aside from one car I watched Pull away from the speaker as I was pulling in, I was greeted the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I was told that they would be with me in just a moment. I proceeded to sit at the speaker in an empty drive-through for almost 15 minutes before deciding to ask if there was a car at the window and if it was OK for me to pull through because a car had already came up behind me, They then shut off all the lights. I pulled through and they had completely hidden from the drive-through window in the front counter. It is Thanksgiving, So there was nowhere else open, that was the only reason I even waited 15 minutes with no order taken.

Food was hot and served fresh, dining room has a nice layout but it needed to be swept and tables wiped down. Overall it’s a good location if you like Wendy’s
