We always have great customer service everytime we go to this Pennfield Wendy's. It's been really clean too. Always satisfied customer when choosing this one, However the other Wendy's in BC has been hit or miss to be honest. Plus... Love the decor of this one
Literally gave us raw chicken nuggets. Completely fell apart when picking them up then realized they were soggy and completely raw
The gentleman working the drive thru was so nice and friendly. I had to pull ahead to wait for my order, no big deal. The gentleman(different person) who brought it out to me was very friendly. Made sure to tell me my chicken and fries were very hot and to be careful. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.
We were very satisfied with our food and the excellent customer service we recieved Thank You.
Stood there a long time waiting for someone to take our order. Food was luke warm.
