This place needs to be closed down. Every time I come here they say that “the pos system is down only taking DoorDash and online orders” this is an every night thing. Ordered my food on the app and now waiting 35mins just to get my food. Why are they even open? EVERYONE needs to be fired the manager down to the crew!! Get to the window the crew is all in there talking laughing. Yelling cursing while drive thru window open and costumes in the store. This is unacceptable by the way the long wait when they have 5 workers. Having a whole party in the lobby with people. SMH. Shut this place down. Workers Smoking weed in the parking lot. Where is Beaufort city when you need them

I am shocked to see a 2.3 star rating on this location. We were here the other day for lunch. Went through the drive through. No one was waiting. The person taking out order was nice. That same person was the same person at the the second window. This gentleman was so friendly. We asked how he was doing and he responded with " living the dream because someone has to." He just kept with the quick lines and we all had a nice time at the window. He had great "energy" as my friend said. The food was good. We ordered grilled chicken wraps and some frosties. Everything tasted just fine. I was hoping to return again on our lunch adventures.

Last night I went to pick up my mobile order I was told at 11:54pm I’d have to wait an additional 20 min to get my food because they were doing a shift change yet (they closed at 2am) I was confused and agitated I replied calmly and said I’ll wait because she did suggest I leave and come back which was not an option for me . So I pulled in and park just to see not even 5 min later she was taking someone else’s order at the window I went back to the line which was now 3 cars ahead of me . I will be contacting corporate . I hate this location .

0 stars... I just pulled up to the restaurant and parked. As I parked I saw the employee lock the front doors. This is not a single occurrence. I have came many times (5-6) and something is always down or they are not working. I am sure this is effecting business at this location. It's not that customer are not coming, but they are turning customers away. It is very disappointing. I pretty much stopped coming to this location for months. There are another 4-5 employees that I can see through the drive through window laughing and having a good time. Probably talking about me. I did call to see what the problem was. The lady that answered said their systems are down. When I went to talk she just hung up on me. Very rude and disrespectful. This place will not be open much longer with employe

If I could do negative stars I would. We come here often and they mess up here and there (I’ve come to accept it since my kids like the nuggets) but today was the last straw when my chicken sandwich was RAW. I ate half before realizing. The workers never talk to you when you get to the window to pay, they just stick out their hand and continue talking to their friends/playing in their phones. They never answer the phone when we call either. -I got the classic chicken sandwich. Let’s hope I don’t get sick.
