Wendy's

Good fresh food. And wonderfully helpful staff. Our order was done and filled fast! Unfortunately one part of the order was wrong and the bathroom floors were slick and greasy, otherwise I would have rated higher. But the food was good and the service was good.

The lady had me pull up for fresh fries..... Old fries through and through was in the bag. Bacon was extremely tough I couldn't even eat it. Worst Wendy's experience ever. I would have gotten a refund but I decided not to because I didn't feel like going inside.

I ordered a #2 Baconator combo in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food a #1 single, no big deal it happens. So I took the order back inside and requested the right combo that I payed for. The manager Raphael went back and made a new burger. When I opened the wrapper it was a single patty cheese burger with bacon, still not the double patty Baconator that I had payed for. When I asked Raphael about it he stated that was the Baconator even though the menu shows 2 patties and the web site clearly states 2 patties. His response was that he worked there how was I going to tell him what it was supposed to be. At that point I requested my money back and a copy of my receipt. I’ve went there twice recently. Both times for the $1 breakfast sandwich. They didn’t have enough chicken biscuits prepared when I went the first time, but it was still good. The second time I went, they had everything ready and the biscuits were very good. I am enjoying this deal in the morning.

I asked for spicy nuggets. It was on my order and I verified it with the cashier. It was right on the order screen. I also ordered BBQ sauce. I got neither. I got some sour sauce??? And regular nuggets. The nuggets have happened in the past and I come to accept it... the sauce sent me over this time. I know it seems silly, but I waited for 20 minutesbfor two things I specifically requested to be wrong. At least they got my drink right...
