Wendy's

Tried again. Wish to take order. Got my frosty wrong, corrected him, still got the wrong one. They have one of those coke Self serve machines. Last time it didn't even have ice, this time it did. However it only had 3 or 4 of all the flavors available. I thought the screen had issues, but no. They really did say out no matter which i pressed. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Not messy, just didn't look like it had been cleaned. Maybe it's because no one goes inside? Had to ask for them to get my soda, the guy was great and very nice. Had to ask for ketchup, ok, maybe spare more than 3 packets for a large fry. Or maybe he knew the fries weren't very hot, so only ate 1/3 of them. The nice guy did get me a refill when i asked. Nice enough people inside this time. Food was ok but o

Very disappointed with this place. When I approached the counter, the employee refused to sell me sandwiches, claiming he didn’t like my attitude. I had to go through the drive-thru even though I just wanted to buy a couple of sandwiches. After a short conversation, he finally agreed, but it was clear he wasn’t happy about it. In the end, the sandwiches were clearly not made properly—the patties were so overcooked they were practically black. They were dry, burnt, and tasted awful. It felt like this was done on purpose. A very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be coming back.

I enjoy Wendy’s food but have had numerous difficulties with the franchises at multiple locations. It was lunch time and not busy. Young woman at the counter took my order promptly and food was ready before I finished paying. So, not made to order as has been their motto. And no, the food was not hot/fresh.

Worst service ever from a sassy rude disrespectful man or woman will never come back to this location ever again. And the rest of the employees stood there and did nothing to help

Terrible. Didn't eat the fries. As you can see, half full. I threw away half the sandwich. She didn't eat at all. Had a can of soup instead. Definitely not what was pictured. The baconator had no bacon. We did a lot of takeout the last couple of weeks. Wendy's was far the worst.
