Wendy's

AWFUL every time! I'm a fan of Wendy's and this location certainly wins the award for being the worst representation of their corporation. We have tried this location several times and it has been consistently bad. The solution is simple but goes against the greedy ethos of hollow corporations. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A COMFORTABLE LIVING WAGE. Research has consistently shown this to be beneficial to owners, employees and customers. The service through the drive thru was unremarkable. The employees appeared worn and zombified. Issues with the order: regular nuggets instead of spicy, a missing burger, not even warm food after pulling forward to wait after paying. The Jr. Deluxe burgers I get were of horrid quality. The bread is stale and falling apart as I tried to take bites, the vegetables are

There was a piece of I dont even know what in my food and the fries were old and tasted like chemicals. I love coming here and I have never had a bad experience.

Well, I'd just skip this place. 3rd times a charm. Three times I gave them a chance, spent our hard earned money, and greatly regretted it! We ordered, got pulled forward, waited 11 mins and everything is cold and old except one item. Fries were so old and cold that the air fryer didn't even really help. Insane and gross. My baconator had zero bacon on it (again), rather it had other toppings on Patty's cold enough that none of the cheese even pretended to melt. Such a shame. We'll go elsewhere in the future.

Ordered at 8:30pm on a Friday - got the response and quality I'd expect from the midnight crew on a mid-week day. Order wasn't correct, with multiple items forgotten. 1) I had a 2 order item, taco salad and fries. Forgot the fries (checked the bag to know to ask for them). 2) Fries were cold and old, not the first time. 3) For the taco salad, they only gave me the chili and dressing. No salsa, sour cream, or tortilla stripe. It's fast food, I get it, but trying even 50% so that you get orders right/complete should be the minimum. Not the only bad Wendy's, franchise standards seem to be falling.

The Junior Bacon Cheese I order was, well the meat was curled up on one side, the cheese tasted like it was just taken out of the fridge and the sandwich was cold. I have never had a bad meal at Wendy's until 11/1/25. I was truly disappointed.
