Wendy's

Rude customer service rep at mic. Didn't even allow us to finish our order after we asked her to repeat something she said because we couldnt hear her. The gentleman who finished our order at the window was super nice and courteous

Decent Wendy's location that strives to do better than most. Food is always hot, fresh and 90% order accuracy. Been several times on this side of town. Fairly good service and tone of voice for fast food interactions.

The floors unclean, slippery. Staff will not acknowledge you right away. The food is what you would expect from this experience. I just got in town, and wanted a Wendy's fresh lettuce wrapped burger. I took a bite and spit it out. The lettuce had a bitter taste, the burger was was a fake dried out mess. I would never return or refer anyone to this Wendy's.

Just had a really bad experience this morning at breakfast at this location. The food wasn't what I ordered it was the wrong menu item. The coffee was not very tasty, and the staff seem like none of them was working on the same page and they was struggling with communication between their selves

Service only got a good review because Fantasia helped me and her customer service was amazing. The food would be good if it was fresh all the time. You can get hot nuggets one day then cold fries. They never have both of the items hot at the same time. Shouldn’t have to tell them you want fresh food they should know. Also, when we tell you we want fresh they don’t mean put the old stuff back in the grease then serve it to us. Thats a health violation. Do better.
