Went in at 930 am only one in store one car in drive through waited 5 minutes not even a be right with you... walked out also the area smells like a Sewage... stay clear

The worker tonight at the register with the braids possibly Haitian was disgusting treating my kids really bad , she dumped my kids fries inside their bags and was rolling her eyes at them, I got hired at this place and one night I went inside for food prior to starting here I never showed up because the night staff is very disturbing , I thought they were fighting one night when I walked in and no they were just obnoxious. This place is a 1/10

My nuggets were dry looks old, the tall Hispanic guy was very rude and the short Hispanic lady. This location looks nice but the workers are very rude. I had to report them to corporate.

Delicious food, worth the wait especially when its all cooked fresh 🤤 staff unfriendly, doesn't say please and thank you, just the words "anything else" after every single thing you order making me order less due to continuing to be asked. Whe you greet them they say nothing, when you say thank you you get 0 words from them, they don't confirm the orders, they have talked bad about me in front of my face, but when the food fresh and the wait isn't too long I still go for a few items regardless of the lack of respect the staff have

3 star service is NOT because of staff it is for the drive thru automated service. A few times I could not order specifics easily like catsup only or if you rattle off your orders like you would with a person the automated system can't keep up then everything from there is confusing and questionable if what you ordered is going to be correct. They really should go back to human order taking at the drive thru. Wendys in the colder months indoor dining is usually little to be desired. Most of the time soda options are unavailable and temperature is cold inside almost giving the feeling that they make it uncomfortable to discourage dining in. But of the 3 quick burger joints around here their burgers are the best in my opinion.
