Wendy's

Just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Car before me was helped but I could hear issues (out of stuff). Then waited and was never greeted. The drive thru person left the head set on so I could hear them collecting the money and then beeping. Finally drove off and saw two people sitting on their phones. Would have gone in but don’t trust the food after waiting so long and reading all of the other negative reviews. Time to close this place down as this is not the first time I have had to wait (definitely the longest) and experienced poor management.

By far the worst fast food place I have ever been too and that’s being nice lmao The lady that works there claims she is a manager but acts like a toddler throwing a tantrum every time she gets a customer, isn’t that the whole point of oh I don’t know YOUR JOB? Lord and don’t even try to be nice to her it just makes her ten times more of a witch. I’ve waited at least 25 minutes twice and the third and final time I just drove off because well at the end of the day it is fast food and ain’t worth the fuss but my question is why does someone continue to work a job they clearly hate?

Was awful. Old chicken, double fried fries, the cashier (Michael sax oe whatever) was so damn rude and snarky. He made me so mad. I could have gotten passed the food, thats always hit or miss. But his attitude from the very beginning when we walk through the door was like we were bothering him, and an inconvenience, then he rolled his eyes and got an attitude when we took 5 seconds too long and weren't sure what to order, then again when he had to repeat himself on asking if we wanted chocolate or vanilla for our frostys.. when my THREE YEAR OLD got her chicken strips, we smelled them cause they looked spicy. Well they also smelled spicy so I took a bite and low and behold, they were spicy. I went to take them back up and he argued with me and told me that they dont make spicy strips. Well

10/7/25 - 11:10am Was told when I pulled up to the drive-through speaker one minute, 10 minutes pass before I said Hello.. I was told one minute again so I waited 5 more minutes at the drive-through speaker before I explained nicely that I had been waiting for 15 minutes to which I received no reply. I pulled around and there was one truck at the window I waited another 3 minutes before deciding to go inside to speak with a manager. Megan comes to the front to speak with me, I explain to her since she didn’t have a headset on what had happened. She copes an attitude with me saying they are under staffed I told her that being under staffed doesn’t excuse not communicating that thru the speaker. Instead of handling the situation like a manager she tells me she runs a 5 million dollar compan

"Micheal" or "Zax" not sure which...was very condensending. He was rude from the time we walked into the door. The kids meal chicken tenders smelled spicy. They may not have been spicy.. but the smell was clearly a spicy smell. A 3yo will notice. No picture was able to be taken. The second batch has a hint of spicy to them.. wrong fryer perhaps....? The fries looked redropped and cold. Definitely overcooked. Picture taken and submitted. Wendys used to be good but with the way you get treated nowadays and the quality of food presented... no wonder the bad reviews. Dave would be sickened. This employee has no need to be working with guests. He looks like a lead. He definitely needs retraining to deal with guests his demeanor and attitude are unbecoming.
