Wendy's

One had the one piece of a strip of bacon. I worked in fast food years ago, we were to break one piece of bacon to put on a sandwich. Sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. I’m disappointed, my sandwich was unwrapped, like nobody attempted to wrap the sandwich. I spoke, and was nice nobody said anything. Just gave me my food and sent me on my way.

Drive through is incredibly slow because workers won't have customers wait in a parking spot if their food is not ready. Our food was barely warm by the time we got it because we had to wait on a single item for the guy ahead of us. Workers are rude. This has been a consistent problem over the last few months. No one wants to wait 30+ minutes in a drive through thats only 3 cars long.

i ordered wendy’s breakfast on the app during morning hours. but when i got there they refused me service. they refused to make my order. when i asked for a refund on my order they shooed me off by telling me to do it on the app and slammed the drive thru window in my face. the workers here are incompetent, slow, and overall trashy. the manager was in the same boat. equally trashy as they are dense. im severely disappointed and believe the Wendy’s on Reynold’s is the worst Wendy’s in the area.

Ordered 45.00 worth of food and they put it all in one bag. Make that make sense… I told the drive thru lady as much as I spent don’t u think I should get 2 bags?? I’m guessing they didn’t want me to check and see if everything was right. Barely… ordered baconator fries and there was a pink (not all the way cooked floppy whole piece of bacon across the fries) then I ordered a combo (big bacon classic) and they gave me the same size fries as a biggie meal but gave me a large drink. Crazy…

I came through the drive through and asked for a couple of sauces. And the girl with the blonde wig only gave us one. And we had at least 2 boxes of nuggets. Not only that, she didn’t give us a spoon for our frosty. And she was extremely rude with her irritated tone on the headset. And also was yelling outside the door window complaining about another coworker
