Wendy's

I went to Wendy’s on 9/7/2025 around 8:30pm and ordered a Dave’s double and when I got home I took a bite and it was almost raw. I couldn’t believe I received my burger like this… Definitely something they need to monitor better. Just want to mention most of our food was not even warm and we only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. This concerns me due to the amount of people that probably eat there daily. We will not be returning to this Wendy’s.

This apple pecan salad I ordered was delicious. I was the only one inside the store and I felt invisible for a good 30 minutes while they were helping all the drive-thru order customers. And I have to say it is the filthiest Wendy's I have ever seen in my life. The ladies restroom was dirty, toilet paper holder was hanging on the wall by one screw. It was very disappointing. I always enjoyed going into a Wendy's because they claim they're so fresh, maybe fresh but they're not clean. I think the Board of Health needs to make a tour of the place and get it up to Wendy's true standards.

Sat in drive-thru for 10 minutes before being told to go inside. Then sat inside another 10 to 15 mins waiting on my food. Got my food went home. Chicken sandwich was cooked about as much time as I waited burnt to the point the chicken was hard as a rock and not edible. Then got to the nuggets they were all stuck together and breading therefore didn't get cooked. Meal 2 down the drain. Fries were cold and mixed with burnt ones. I had a JBC and chilli as well .. both cold and at this point I just threw the meal away. This location used to be good but there workers are clueless and have zero pride in their work. Just a hang out for employees , place is dirty and falling apart. Will be my last visit and what a waste of $25. SAD!

Today I visited Wendy’s and had a very unpleasant experience. The environment felt hostile, the employees had a very poor attitude, and the place was dirty and poorly maintained. As a customer, I do not deserve to be treated that way. The manager was also extremely rude. This is definitely the last time I go.

The staff was rude, the baked potato was at least 2 hours over the hold time. It should have never been served. They saw how nasty it was when they put it in the dish. We took it back only to receive some cold nasty brown fries. They need to filter the oil, actually just change it, cause nothing coming out of that fryer is going to taste good. The staff could have care less about what they were there for. Certainly not serving the customers, or food quality. So disappointed were so hungry we just got off the plane and we trusted the Wendy's name. Don't waste your time or money stopping here, nothing good about it. The kid walking back in was the worthless front counter employee that was more interested in going to his car than serving fresh hot food.
