i’m not the type to write reviews, and i have a large patience scale for the people who serve me, especially regarding food but this was absolutely wild. i placed a mobile order at this location around 9:30pm monday night, (2/23/26) and when i arrived i waited about ten minutes before getting to the speaker (no problem, busy night which i absolutely understand because i also work in customer service. at the speaker there were no problems, but upon arriving to the window they informed me they had no frostys, which was apart of my order so they asked if i’d like anything else. i tried to see if they had other dessert options but they were out of cookies, so i told him it was absolutely fine, i could just get the money back through the app. after a couple more minutes, he starts yelling at an

This Wendy's will leave you waiting at the drive through speaker for 5 - 10 mins without acknowledging you are there. Don't bother saying hello. They'll snap at you for even asking if someone is there. I've tried giving it multiple chances, but I'm done after todays visiy. Day old buns and missing a third of my order is the last straw.

Sent someone for breakfast this morning. They took the order, then told us they didnt have biscuits after the order was done. Ok fine, whatever. Then they decided they wanted to charge for sauces. The employee was extremely rude even after the manager said don't worry about it. She went into the kitchen to talk shit to the other employees, then switched to Spanish when it was brought to the managers attention that she could be heard. Normally I dont have a problem with this place, but this interaction was extremely ridiculous. They need an overhaul on their employees. Disrespect should not be tolerated. The manager was decent, but their employees suck.

I received very poor service at this site today. Waited at the counter for several minutes as I watched the worker fill 2 pickup orders. Never acknowledged me nor said she’d be with me shortly. Finally took my order without saying a word. I paid and noticed she charged me 2.89 for a small cup for water for my elderly mother. I questioned it and she said yeah for the cup. I told her I’ve never paid for water at any fast food place including here. Again saying nothing she went to get a key and dropped the money on the counter. When my order came she pushed the tray at me. My mother got a sour cream and chive potato which had neither with it. I waited then asked for the sour cream and butter. She said wait. A minute. Again after a few minutes she disappeared and came back with the items and d

If there was an option for minus stars u guys would win! This was the worst experience ever honestly. An order for over 50$ and they couldn’t get a single thing right. Went home and the whole order was wrong. Went back to them again and they got it wrong AGAIN. When i tried calling them or the costumer service no one would answer. It’s such a disaster they got my burger wrong three times like what in the world is wrong with this place?! Three times? And guess what it wasn’t even good.
