Wendy's

Went through the drive through tonight (12/18). I was only planning on getting fries and a frosty but saw their new tenders and decided I’d just get a whole meal instead. The person at the drive-thru (@8:00 pm) was incredibly unintelligent or maybe they were playing dumb for fun idk when I asked for a coke the women said “we don’t have regular coke, we just have flavored coke” she was rushing me with for an answer so I asked what flavors she responded “uuuhhhh idk just any normal coke flavors” That honestly just ticked me off because if you had any regular Coke flavors I would assume you’d have regular Coke. I just pulled off after because if they don’t care enough to simply check what beverages they have available why would they care to make good food.

I come here often and it can sometimes be slow but usually the service is good but tonight the service was lousy, no one answered when we went through the drive thru and we were sat there for about 30 minutes, as we had an online order. When we finally got up to the window they were out of the drink we’d bought and asked what we wanted instead. When asked what they did have the girl rolled her eyes. Do better.

I pulled up at 6:40 because it’s listed as opening at 6:30. I drove around the building about 3 times and a worker said they don’t open until 7. I was lucky that he accommodated me and took my order. I need google or Wendy’s to update the time. SERIOUSLY. I wouldn’t have left the house if it wasn’t open and now I’m sure the workers feel like I’m calling them a liar.

Wife went to pick up a mobile order. They gave her the wrong drink. When she informed them it was the brownie batter frosty the woman scoffed at my wife and then slammed the window shut, before handing her a vanilla shake with strawberry syrup unmixed. Extremely rude and sorry service. Don't go to this Wendy's.

Ridiculous. After telling them they got my order wrong,, So difficult to listen to the customer?? A regular hamburger with pickles only. I got a cheese burger. This is the third and last time I ever try to order food from this place. Horrible listening ears and they do not care one ounce about getting it right nor correcting their error. Will not return,, I’ve boycotted McD’s for 20 years now,, I don’t mind doing the same for Wendy’s.
