Wendy's

This place is trash. If I am paying for food it should be hot. I just order food for my family and the fries are so gross and cold. I asked for new fries and what did they give me? More cold fries. Im never ordering from here again. And they never have baked potatoes or sweet tea. How do you run out of tea? All you gotta do is make a new batch!

Took awhile to place our order. They were out of ranch dressing so my granddaughter could not get chicken nuggets. She got a kid cheeseburger and they were out of the toys. My husband and I got a cheeseburger of some kind I ask for it to be made fresh when we got it it was cold. We I ask about It I was told the bun warm was not working. When I fix our drinks and put the cover on it and set down there was something black on the rim of the cup. I ask the girl at the counter she said that they came in that way and they try to take them out she did not know what it was, I can only imagine.Where you fix you drink at was dirty and just nasty. Could not find a clean table floor were dirty food everywhere. Last time for me at this place. And for some reason we didn’t get a receipt. But how can you

This is a typical Wendy's: high-freshness fast food, with a focus on dense meat and crisp vegetables. The soft drink machine is one of the touch-screen choose-your-own types. Facilities were very clean and condition of decor was excellent. Personnel took great care to ensure every customer was individually served with full attention.

The manager tried to be sweet. However, her loud and a bit obnoxious behavior was more apparent. Not a pleasant experience for the customers and unfortunately her workers. The food was ok. Fries box was half full and overall not good. Order not filled correctly. Soda machine not working. Vacuum in dining area. Wendy’s cooperate needs to read the reviews about this Wendy’s. Most customers reviews we are very poor.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the food served. The mushroom burger exhibited excessive saltiness, while the Biggie 7 meal included cold fries and chicken nuggets. Furthermore, our burger was stale, and the meat was tough. Our attempts to register a complaint via telephone were unsuccessful.
