Wendy's

We stopped today for lunch my daughter orders cheesy fries receive the cheesy fries. Cheese is not melted fries or cold takes them back to the counter and they say there’s nothing they can do they have no way to heat them up the right thing to do would’ve been redo the order and make fresh fries

I am never one to complain, but today put me over the edge. Hands down the absolute worst/nightmare customer service of any Wendy’s. The manager is beyond rude, and her attitude has extended ato her staff. Multiple people told me how horrible the service is at this location, yet I continued to give them my business due to location of my office. I would rather go hungry, then to ever have to deal with these people again.

The main guy manager in there's a total jerk, he's not polite to the customers and just have a major attitude problem! I asked the guys for some ghost sauce and he seemed mad i asked him for it he screamed back we dont have it Anymore and just turned his back in drive thru!!!! And on top of that my nuggets raw lol they need new workers fr

This location SUCKS! They state they do not serve breakfast , however , there is a sticker at the window that says they serve breakfast till 1030. I was the only one in line , and they told me to pull around after I ordered and had me wait 10 minutes for a small burger and fries. The worker looked annoyed when I came through. I will never return to that Wendy’s .

The workers here are super friendly and kind. Even if there were a closer Wendy's I'd still choose this one. Everyone I have interacted with is just the best here. And I've never had any issues with my order being wrong. The food is great and so is the service.
