Wendy's

Food is as expected - part of the chain. I prefer it over the competition, however, even though it I'd a fast food... it's no longer cheap. It seems that even a trip to casual, fast food restaurant is a treat... Service was ok. Plenty of parking.

This Wendy’s location gets a long drive through line especially after 5PM but it does speed up pretty quickly. In my personal experience, the workers are always kind, respectful, and professional. I haven’t had any issues with my food but the only thing I would complain about is the soda. Multiple times I’ve ordered a Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper, etc but they have given me a regular soda instead , so I would have to throw it out. I can’t have any sugar and there might be people with diabetes or any other health issues that require them not to intake sugar so just please make sure to give people the right drink if they ask for diet or zero soda.

This one absolutely sucks. From the disrespectful attitudes received everytime to soiled milk in my coffee. When I received it I noticed the milk/ cream used was clumpy. I asked for a straw and the lady of course with an attitude is gonna tell me they come in the bag and if I can’t wait. I repeated and asked for one. I tried steering my coffee and it wouldn’t mix. I gave it a small taste test for it to taste like rotten milk. I brought it to the next lady’s attention whom gave me my food for her to look confused like I was lying about my coffee tasting bad and tell me it’s supposed to taste like that. So the smart ass I am asked her if it’s supposed to taste like moldy milk. I’ve had a caramel cold foam coffee from them multiple times. The original lady came just to ask me what’s wrong wit

Every Wendy's has a slow drive through. I have never been to a slower one than this. Half the time, they can't hear you when you're ordering and make you repeat everything before they repeat it back at the end. I literally had time to write this with only 3 cars ahead of me and one was at the pick up window.

I waited 20 minutes inside the store for an online order. Fast food? I don't think so. I won't be returning to this establishment.
