Wendy's

I hate using the drive thru. I always feel pressured and stressed. Brian was taking my order. He was so incredibly friendly and very patient with me. He practically walked me through every step. He made my experience calm and so nice. Thank you, Brian!

This Wendy's has gone downhill. No one in line around 9:15pm but one person at the window. No customers inside the restaurant. Waited almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and apologized for the wait and they would be with us shortly. Waited another 3-4 minutes for someone to finally take our order. One meal. Got home around the corner. Fries were cold and just a little more than half way filled. Burger patties were burnt on the edge and the bun was hard around the edges. The diet coke also had no syrup in it. Just soda water. Spent $16 for garbage.

I just used the bathroom but decided not to order anything because the place was very dirty. Staff are lovely but I can't buy food at a place that is really dirty. Parking lot was not plowed at all and almost got stuck. I'm sure staff are lovely but management needs to take action.

I took my son thru the drive thru and I had to wait almost 5 minutes to order when there was nobody in the restaurant or at the drive-thru. I then had to repeat myself several times to get my order placed. When I arrived at the windows I then had to wait again for the associate to even open the window. It took him a solid minute to make change which would have been an exact $2. He then asked once again what my drinks were supposed to be. As it took him a while to just fill the drink cups directly next to where he was standing my food was getting cold behind him. When I finally got all of my food it was indeed cold and it seemed as though it had sitting for awhile. I will never return to that location ever again!

The one star is for the owner/operator. Put the heat on for your employees! It’s always freezing and these kids deserve better working conditions. They are doing the best they can while freezing! Not to mention you make it very uninviting to eat in the dining room. This is every time I’ve come in this winter just to grab a bite while I wait for my daughter during her music lesson. No wonder people complain of cold food. The temp inside your restaurant is the problem
